Vasculitic multiplex mononeuritis: polyarteritis nodosa versus cryoglobulinemic vasculitis

Hepatitis screening revealed chronic hepatitis C-infection associated with cryoglobulinemia Type II (IgM-kappa Ig A). Finally, we diagnosed a hepatitis C-associated cryoglobulinemic vasculitis based on clinical and laboratory findings. | ||
