Behandelt werden Fragen zu Verfassungsrecht und Zugang zum Recht vor dem Hintergrund der Europäischen Menschenrechtskonvention. Besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf den prozessualen Implikationen der vorgesehenen Institutionen.
