The histological examination showed an eczema-like morphology with spongiosis and lymphohistiocytic infiltrates. The results of reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) correlated with the histopathological investigations. Therefore, RCM can be used for non-invasive diagnostic confirmation of Shiitake dermatitis in the future. | ||
