Die Probenahme, Datenerfassung und Auswertung erfolgt vollautomatisch. Eine automatische Analyse von Bewegungsmustern von Mikroorganismen ist damit erstmals in dieser Weise möglich. Die erhaltenen Daten erlauben Rückschlüsse auf die Vitalität der Bakterien und können für die Fermentationsoptimierung genutzt werden. | ||
