| Zusammenfassung: | Fibromuscular dysplasia is a common vascular disease, which mainly affects the renal arteries. At autopsy, an extensive myocardial infarction of the left ventricle and the septum was found, caused by an isolated fibromuscular dysplasia of left coronary artery. |
