Iako se fojnički samostan može pohvaliti poveljom (ahdname) sultana Mehmeda Osvajača iz 1463. koju je dvadeset godina kasnije (1483) priznao i potvrdio sultan Bajazid II., postoje indicije koje upućuju na to da je samostanu u Kraljevoj Sutjesci još između 1485. i 1489. spomenuti sultan Bajazid...
