Notaries and practising lawyers are facing new challenges because of the EU directives 2019/770 and 771 on the sale of goods and digital content. Courts are handing down their first decisions on national law enacting these directives. Speakers from Germany, France, and Austria give an introduction to the subject from various points of view. Specific information is provided as to the problems of tailor-made contracts concerning digital content.
