Anja Cantzler gibt stellvertretenden Kita-Leitungen das Wissen an die Hand, um diese Herausforderung zu meistern. Dabei stellt sie Themen wie die Auseinandersetzung mit der eigenen Person, Selbstfürsorge, das Grundwissen über Teamprozesse und -führung, Kommunikationskompetenz, die Leitung von Teambesprechungen sowie den Umgang mit Konflikten und schwierigen Situationen in den Fokus. Dreh- und Angelpunkt des Buches ist dabei die konkrete Praxis. Anwendungsorientierte Modelle und Anregungen, mit denen die Teamarbeit gestaltet werden kann, werden durch die Erfahrungen und den Austausch mit Seminarteilnehmer:innen der Autorin ergänzt.
