| Summary: | Lepton flavor universality in rare ๐ โ๐ transitions is tested for the first time using ๐ต0๐ meson decays. The measurements are performed using ๐โข๐ collision data collected by the LHCb experiment between 2011 and 2018, corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 9 fbโ1. Branching fraction ratios between the ๐ต0๐ โ๐โข๐+โข๐โ and ๐ต0๐ โ๐โข๐+โข๐โ decays are measured in three regions of dilepton mass squared, ๐2, with 0.1<๐2<1.1, 1.1 <๐2 <6.0, and 15<๐2<19 GeV2/๐4. The results agree with the standard model expectation of lepton flavor universality. |
