Neben „Schulsozialarbeit“, die erstmals in der sechziger Jahren mit der Schulreform an Gesamtschulen installiert wurde, gibt es heute viele weitere Kooperationsformen zwischen Jugendhilfe und Schule. Da die Bezüge zwischen Jugendhilfe und Schule in Deutschland nach wie vor in hohem Maße klärungs- und entwicklungsbedürftig sind, will die vorliegende Arbeit dazu beitragen, sie im historischen, aktuell-konzeptionellen, gesetzlichen, methodischen und internationalen Kontext zu analysieren. Dazu wird zunächst Grundsätzliches zu Jugendhilfe und Schule diskutiert (z. B. die Verortung der Jugendhilfe innerhalb der sozialen Arbeit,das föderative Schulsystem in der Bundesrepublik, gesellschaftliche Aufgaben von Jugendhilfe und Schule). Im historischen Teil wird diskutiert, wie die Kooperation am Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts begann, die allerdings schon in den zwanziger Jahren aufgegeben wurde und erst wieder mit der Bildungsreform in den sechziger Jahren bzw. gegen Ende des letzten Jahrhunderts einsetzte. Es werden verschiedene Ansätze der Zusammenarbeit von Jugendhilfe und Schule untersucht, die exemplarisch für das Arbeitsfeld sind. Neben der Auseinandersetzung mit gesetzlichen, methodischen und planerischen Ansätzen, erfolgt eine Analyse der Zusammenarbeit von Jugendhilfe und Schule auf der internationale Ebene. Schließlich wird ein neues Konzept vorgestellt, in dem "Schulsozialarbeit" nur ein Teil der Kooperation ist, die durch viele weitere Ansätzen ergänzt wird. | ||
| 520 | |a Nowadays in Germany there are numerous forms of cooperation between schools and social work. Besides "school social work", which was established in comprehensive schools in the 1960s during a period of educational reform, there are now many other types of cooperation. As the relationship between social work and schools is still a subject of debate, this study sets out to analyse it in a historical, conceptual, legal, and methodological context, followed by an international comparison. The opening section deals with the basics of social work and school (e.g. the place of the youth service in the social work system, the federal school system in Germany, and societal aspects). There follows a historical discussion of the cooperation between social work and schools, which began at the end of the 19th century and was discontinued in the 1920s. Cooperation began again in the 1960s and gained new impetus towards the end of the century. Various concepts of cooperation that illustrate the spectrum in Germany are discussed. A discourse on legal and methodological issues and aspects of planning is accompanied by an analysis of social work and schools on an international level. Finally, a new concept is introduced that regards school social work as merely one component of cooperation, complemented by many other aspects. | ||
