Im Fokus stehen die sprachlichen Produktions- und Rezeptionsprozesse juristischer Textarbeit. Der Band geht u.a. auf folgende Leitfragen ein: Wie werden in juristischen Entscheidungen Bedeutungen von Normtexten gerechtfertigt und damit Recht gesprochen? Mit welchen sprachlichen Mitteln konstituieren Akteure Geltungsansprüche sowohl vor Gericht als auch im parlamentarischen Rechtsetzungsprozess? Wie werden juristische Normkonzepte in die Gesellschaft vermittelt? Das Handbuch verdeutlicht den enormen Einfluss der Rechtssprache und macht dies für Laien transparent." | ||
