Summary:An efficient synthesis of quinazolinone sulfonamide derivatives through four-component reaction is reported. The four-component reaction is based on the reaction of isatoic anhydride, hydrazine hydrate, saccharin, and aromatic aldehydes in the presence of nano-catalyst SBA-Pr-SO3H.
