Worms-large: large-scale multi-graph matching instances for C. elegans cell matching

This dataset provides large-scale multi-graph matching problems derived from a cell matching task on 3D nuclei segmentations of C. elegans in the L1 larval stage. It extends the existing worms dataset, which covers problems involving 3-10 worm objects with 510-570 cell keypoints each, to substantial...

Zusammenfassung:This dataset provides large-scale multi-graph matching problems derived from a cell matching task on 3D nuclei segmentations of C. elegans in the L1 larval stage. It extends the existing worms dataset, which covers problems involving 3-10 worm objects with 510-570 cell keypoints each, to substantially larger problem sizes of 20, 30, 50, and 100 worms per instance. In total, worms-large comprises 11 problem instances and is intended as a benchmark for large-scale multi-graph matching, complementing the original worms benchmark.
