| Riassunto: | Research data underlying the publication "Brillouin Spectroscopy Reveals Mechanical Properties Beyond Hydration". This dataset contains the processed measurements from three model systems used to disentangle these contributions: gelatin hydrogels across a concentration series (40-180 mg/mL), a chemically crosslinked P[(HEMA0.85)-co-(MAA0.10)] hydrogel followed in time and space during hydration, and binary ethanol-water mixtures. For each system the deposit provides Brillouin frequency shifts and linewidths together with the corresponding shear rheology, refractive index, density and gravimetric swelling data used in the analysis. |
